The Energy Efficient Central Air Conditioning Purchase Rebate is giving the residents of the City of Banning the chance to purchase a new central air or heating system by replacing an old, existing unit or heat pump with an ENERGY STAR rated system. The installation must be done either by the applicant or a licensed California contractor like us at We Care.
To participate in the program, you must follow the City of Banning residential AC guidelines provided and submit the Air Conditioner Tune Up Rebate Application and supporting documents within 180 days of purchasing the product to:
